HEAD
Head
The head sits on the coupler or the base. Joint sticks and joist holders lock into the side and centre gaps so tile, joist or deck can be laid.
What is Tokoz Premium?
These raised plastic flooring pedestals are used on terraces that may or may not be walked on. They reach the desired finished elevation and cancel slope difference so the last layer of flooring can sit without a protective screed on the waterproofing. Open joint gaps create a continuous drainage plane. If insulation ever needs inspection, the system can be opened point by point. Each module carries at least 1000 kg.
Safe level button
The safety button stops the head or coupler screw from passing the safe elevation during adjustment, so the installation stays within standard and the user stays protected.
Tile, joist and deck
Joint sticks T-ST (2–8 mm, 360°), T-SF, T-SP, vibration pads T-S, wind lock T-UWS with T-AFJ, joist holders T-AP / T-AR / T-AW, deck clip T-DCN, slope corrector T-SC (1–2 %), lock T-L, edge support CP-F1 and orthopedic pad T-P complete the kit. No coupler is required up to 181 mm.

After 181 mm the height is built with connecting pieces. More than one can be stacked. Wiring and water lines can be tied to the sides so installations stay above the slab and remain accessible.

Vibration lock
The tightening lock is usually used at higher elevations. It prevents long-term movement from vibration so the module stays at the set height.

Wide foot
Its wide radius usually needs no anchoring. Holes remain if you do want to fix it. Side clip lines solve edge and corner cuts; the underside is chamfered so it does not damage the waterproofing.

The base sits on the slope corrector to cancel drainage falls. 1% and 2% versions; they can be stacked.

Premium usage amounts
With elevated usage limits you quote the field, not a guess. The chart shows how many T-A modules a typical porcelain or stone layout takes as the terrace grows.
Premium safe level button
This button stops the head or coupler screw-side protrusion from passing the safe elevation while you adjust. The application stays inside the rated range and the installer stays protected.
Premium angular flooring
An angular layout needs an adjustment gasket and a joint stick. Ten joint-stick types cover the usual floor plans.
Premium tile flooring
Joint sticks, wind lock and TPE pads for porcelain and stone on Premium heads. Tokoz tile accessories sit in the side and centre gaps of the head.

The joint stick and its 2, 4, 6 and 8 mm width alternatives rotate 360° on their axis. Length is 16 mm; there is also a 38 mm × 4 mm type.

This product locks into the square-shaped holes. Use it on floorings that have no set-square problems.

Plus-shaped 4 mm joint stick sits in the centre gap of the head. It breaks into pieces for tricky cuts and speeds the lay.

TPE pad in 1 mm and 2 mm. It sits between tile and pedestal, kills calibration error and absorbs impact. Use one on every module. T-S breaks into four.

T-UWS
T-UWS wind lock
Tile hold-down
Wind can lift tiles. T-UWS holds the field as one. Used with T-AFJ, it screws to the pedestal and ties the pressed CP-GP to the system. Allen key lifts the covering with CP-GP; it goes back the same way.

Click and screw skeleton parts that take timber or composite joists from 10 mm to 100 mm, plus a hidden deck clip.

Click connection
T-AP connects the pedestal to CP-P1 and equivalent skeletons that carry tile or lath. The joist clicks onto the piece.
T-AR
T-AR skeleton apparatus
360° side slot
Fits any head gap except the centre and rotates 360°. Side holes take screws. Joists from 10 mm to 100 mm.

T-AW circular apparatus
Centre joist seat
Screw it to the joist at the spacing in the spec, then drop it with the joist into the centre gap of the head. Joists from 10 mm up.
T-DCN
T-DCN deck connector
Hidden screw
Attaches natural deck to the joist. The cone shape cuts channel break and hides the screw in the joint.
Premium tilt corrector
T-SC sits under the base and cancels drainage slopes. 1% and 2% versions stack so the finished plane stays even.
Premium orthopedic pad
T-P is a 5 mm TPE orthopedic base pad for poorly polished floors. It absorbs impact vibration in the system over time.
Premium edge end support
CP-F1 supports smaller tiles at the perimeter. It travels in one direction on the pedestal and takes different cut sizes.
