What is Tokoz Clever?
Raised plastic flooring pedestals for walkable and non-walkable terraces. They reach the finished level, cancel slope and keep waterproofing inspectable. Open joints drain the build-up. Minimum capacity 500 kg.
Because the jack system works as a single piece at edges and corners, extra consumption on the perimeter is controlled; as the field widens, consumption per square metre falls.

Clever usage amounts
Edges and corners normally drive extra consumption. Tokoz Clever works as a jack and can be used as a single piece at the perimeter, so waste drops in proportion to the terrace width.
Clever safe level button
The screwed protrusion on the head locks into the gap on the adjustment stud wall. That stops the installer from passing the safe height during commissioning, so the build stays inside the rated range.
Clever angular flooring

Tile hold-down
Tiles may be blown away due to wind. T-UWS prevents this and allows the system to work as a whole. Used with the T-AFJ accessory, it is attached to the pedestal via screws, and ties the pressed CP-GP product to the system to support the tile flooring. It can be screwed with an Allen key and allows the flooring material to be lifted from the pedestal together with CP-GP. Flooring material can be re-assembled in the same way.

T-WS prevents light tile vibrations and enables the system to work as a whole. Used with the T-AFJ accessory, it is attached to the pedestal via screws. It allows the tiles to be removed by the Allen key. Tiles can be re-assembled in the same way.
